We are so happy to have good friends all around Ann Arbor and beyond.

We partner with a variety of local businesses – many are women-owned – and we believe in the power and joy of friends collaborating in business, whether we’re fundraising or serving guests at the Ann Arbor Art Fair

We want to thank these businesses and organizations to their support of the Fairies & Fairy Door Festival:

  • Lily Grace Cosmetics – This luxury cosmetics boutique offers hard-to-find brands for makeup and skincare needs, unbiased expert advice, and exceptional personal service. “Discover fabulous beauty products that are just right for you.” Check out their fairy shop too!
  • Nicola’s Books – This locally owned shop in Westgate Shopping Center provided fairy books for sale at the Mity Nice Faerie Shop, and also some for us to read during Fairy Tales on the steps.
  • Tea Haus of Ann Arbor – Hundreds of organic teas and delicious scones and French macarons located barely a block from the Ann Arbor Farmers Market.
  • FLY Children’s Art Center – We love the pirate hooks and the wonderful wands that so many children made, and cannot wait to partner again with this wonderful mobile art non-profit for children.
  • Brick Bash – Thanks to Bricks for Brains and Duane for the Lego building and fun.

Here’s the businesses that believe in joy and events in Kerrytown and are part of our Adopt-A-Busker program for the Mity Nice Street Fair:

  •  Found Gallery – this fun shop carries artisan and vintage items, home decor, cards and more. Located on the second floor of the Kerrytown Market & Shops.
  • Tea Haus of Ann Arbor – Hundreds of organic teas and delicious scones and French macarons located barely a block from the Ann Arbor Farmers Market.
  • Zingerman’s Bakehouse – Even without the curry bagels, these guys are fabulous. They have “a gazillion pies” and divine breads, available at their shop near the Ann Arbor Airport and elsewhere.

Here’s our growing list of the businesses that help us bring joy and jobs and events to life others times:

Tea Haus of Ann Arbor – We have shared so much together, from Art Fair floods to fundraising events and use of your wonderful kitchen to the delicious lavender shortbread at our Fairy Door party in 2011. Ten thousand thanks to Lisa and her wonderful crew!

Ann Arbor Observer – John and Patricia have been supportive in so many ways and on so many days. And the Observer has the best calendar listings with the most fun in the region.

Artians Laila Kujala and Janice Novachcoff for support of Dads & Dogs, and being Mity Nice to us other times too!

Dad’s Dogs – Marc has a neat, sweet cart with Michigan-made products, and we’re so glad he showed up at the Mity Nice Street Fair.

Sunset Animal Care’s Ryan Keeler with his new pooch pal at Dads & Dogs.

Dogma & Catman too – Anything your pet needs to eat, sleep and look like a princess. Thanks to Alice for co-sponsoring Dads & Dogs!

Elephant Ears – children’s clothing and accessories. Thanks for being part of our first ever scavenger hunt in May 2012.

Integrity Shows – Mark’s company is co-producing a few of our Second Sunday events this summer.

San Street – Tasty Asian food; we loved sharing the Artisan Market with them during the Street Fair. Hope they come back!

Silvio’s Organic Pizza – They share kitchen space, and we enjoy their soups and pizzas too.

Sunset Animal Care – Ryan gave free walks and plenty of kindness at Dads & Dogs.

We’d also like to thank these individuals who are Mity Nice to help us: Julie Cole, Winnie Northcross, and more.
